It's not just the time and patience to carve these out that blows me awya, but also the ability to look at a book and visualize the end result. STUNNING.

Whenever I see them, I always wonder if the images are in the book or if he draws and paints them in there. I know it says nothing is added. They seem to be getting more complicated and weirder shapes. I like the older ones better that looked more like a book.
