Finally.
Thanks Farley for this kit! I added one piece of HipKit Club paper, a stamp from Ali Edwards, enamel dots & Heidi Shine (bonus points if you know where that term came from) and a PL card from Shimelle. Design shamelessly scraplifted from Asa Malm.

Pam, is that Joel's idea of a smile? I always look at all the photos of him to see his 'smile'. He has a lot to put up with!!!

That's it. He broke a tooth years ago and is self-conscious about it.

Pam, what a lovely mix of papers, the touches of black and white really set off the design. Great smiles too.

Oh, that's a shame that he's self conscious about it. No one would probably notice. I always imagine that as soon as the camera 'clicks', he breaks into a big smile!

OMGosh Pam! This is a sensational LO and love the photo of you two. I Thought this would be a great kit for you but wow this LO should be the poster ad for it. Your blending of the patterns is awesome.

I love all the layouts so far and this was a great challenge to put up. We hardly ever see ourselves as the focus on our layouts and we should definitely do more of this. I chose to do a time perspective as I celebrate 2 huge events in my life this month, one being the wedding of my first child just 10 days ago and as of the 20th this month I will be 10 years cancer free. Ten years is such a long time, but it truly feels like it all just happened.

I don't know if you can see the journaling well, but it goes:

10 years ago I finished 7 weeks of radiation therapy for Acinic Cell Carcinoma

10 months ago I started collecting brooches for a wedding bouquet

10 weeks ago I finished the invitations for a wedding

10 days ago I celebrated the wedding of my oldest son to the love of his life.

I love it Rachelle! What a great way to document such major events.

I'm so happy you're 10 years cancer free. You are a walking miracle.

Awwwwwe, thanks Marianne! I've had a lot of those days lately when I just think of something and the tears start to fall. I'm looking forward to the next 10 years too. Don't know if there will be any grandchildren in the near future as they all seem to be so busy, but I hope we see at least one before the next 10 years fly by.

First of all Rachelle, I love your hair...ahhh, to have some curl. Says me with stick straight hair.

The layout is wonderful, and I like how you had your journaling in "10"s".

Best wishes on the anniversary of all those milestones of your life.

Tears welling up here for sure.

Rachelle I remember when you shared your "mask" with us on CS one time. You are amazing and you yourself are certainly a BIG 10 in my book. What a wonderful list of life events presented so artfully. :happy94:
