Farley you should definitely go to the Chicken Festival - I'd be there in a heartbeat. Your story remind me of the 'world famous' Coombs Market in Parksville BC on Vancouver Island - where they have goats all over the place, even on the roof. I haven't scrapped those photos yet.
And I feel compelled to point out the that chicken page was made years ago - but this seemed like a good time to share it!

Love the feral chickens page, Keitha! And now I have an urge to go to BC just to see those goats. Wonder if I can convince DH? Hmmm...

Holy smokes.... I finished a challenge!! I used the basic layout design and then went a little crazy. :-)

There's glossy accents on the paint splotches and Wink of Stella on the words.

This is from my train trip to Baltimore a couple years ago... I have several layouts about the graffiti I saw along the way... on old train cars, retaining walls, underpasses.... but this was on top of a really tall building...

Of course, I was excited to use the CS graffiti kit.... and used the Silhouette to cut the paint splotches and the bright graffiti words as embellishments

The journaling just says "There was more graffiti on the top of this big building. Amazing that someone got way up there"

I'm almost finished with this whole scrapbook... need to put some page titles on with thickers, maybe.... and add journaling.... but all the photos are on pages.... and lots of diecut images, too... 36 pages... hooray!!!!

Once I'm finished, I'll post 'em all. Feels good to have all those pages in a nice stack, though...

Debi you certainly had the perfect paper for this photo. Great LO and terrific font for your cutout words. Amazing spot that someone felt the need to add their art to!

I sent her a message this morning. She may want to move to the bottom. Will post a message when I hear from her (forgot my phone or I'd text her!).

My sister Rose's cats...Pumpkin and Winnie. I had the pleasure of pet sitting the cats and dog last July.

The layout is a "bit" busy, not my usual style. ;) I did like this paper, so there you have it.

Here's an alternative layout. No laughing, pic is a selfie, of which I am not the best subject nor picture taker!

WOW! Pat, you certainly did get right on that. I always struggle with busy patterns, too. But this works perfectly.

I love the bird paper for the cats. Brilliant!

Someday I'll learn to take "good" selfies. Someday. That's a great picture of the two of you and I love the page!
