ScrappinJen wrote:Funny thing about this challenge, one of my recent self-challenges has been to use the darn fibers. With my new incoming CS kits, I am using it up each month. I don't want to store it any more. So for this layout, I used it to mat the triangles in the corners. CHECK! On to art media week in PSL, so I used Faber Castell Texture Luxe in silver through the stencil. Not perfect but as I say, good enough. Thanks for looking. Photo of my niece and my brother on the way to her graduation. Next stop: High Point University. May be close to some of you???
Gorgeous page!
High Point isn't too terribly far from here.

I like how you tucked the picture behind the circles. Nice page!

Here's one I did last night. I wish I could say it cut into the stash of ribbons and fibers, but alas, I still have a whole drawer full of Webster's Pages ribbon cards, an entire hanging ribbon ladder full of spools, and a whole plastic container filled with fibers on embroidery floss cards.

These are my girl scouts last year just having a fun day out after the April Showers drive. I stumbled across this photo booth strip in a pile on the dining room table, and decided Nicole didn't want it badly enough if it had lived there for a year.

Sweet layout, Julie. Love the colors and fibers.

I used suede ribbon on my latest posting in the Summer of Sketches thread. Don't need to cross post, do I?
