February 2017 Holiday Card Challenge

Post by katymjo »

Your challenge this month is to use the colours blue, (any shade of blue) white and silver. You can use any stamps, dies or technique, but Bonus Points if you make a "fancy fold" card, such as easel, flip, pop-up etc. Have fun!
Kathryn.

I may have to wait on this one and do it in March. The Club Scrap kit for March is called Delft.

Seriously though, I love this idea and I have plenty of blues I can work with. Especially that infamous blue Christmas paper stack all of us seem to have.

Thanks for posting.

Jen, I don't know this infamous blue Christmas stack, but look forward to seeing what you do with it!

I have a sheet or two from old CS kits that should fit right in with this.

My cards for this card challenge. I used that OLD CS paper for the card base and cut some shapes from silver paper. Not much white used... :-o
Thanks for looking.

Thankyou for playing, Pat. The silver die-cut shapes show up well against the blue paper, really Christmassy!

Does anyone have the original post on this? I searched all over for all kinds of key words to no avail. I forgot what month I signed up for and need to find out.
