It's a great way to use those 6x6 paper pads, too.... I think that's what I had in mind when I was buying them.... so... now I can use them. :-)

More cards....

these are glossy paper... the base has color rolled on with a brayer... from one of those multi-color inkpads (that I can't remember the name of .. for the life of me) ... anyway.... roll the ink on a base.... then stamp on a smaller piece using the same ink - so it matches exactly

anyway... these were fun!!

These were done using this technique that I saw on one of Gina K's videos... she calls it a retiform design.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2YMN9gcQKc

These were all done with an idea from Jennifer McGuire.... sentiment backgrounds.... I put all my clear "thank you" stamps on the Misti tool and made several backgrounds... fun idea... I may try to find a bunch of Happy Birthday stamps and do some of those, too...

I like the dragonfly, too.... they demo'd it at the Stamp convention Peggy and I went to.... so we both caved and bought glossy cardstock and the inkpad and the stamp... I wonder if she's done anything with hers yet... LOL

Now I have to figure out how to box them up as a pretty gift... I'm considering de-constructing the envelope box that I have handy and then covering it with pretty paper and re-constructing it. We'll see how that goes... LOL
