Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge -- July 2017

Post by nancine »

Posting a little early since I'm headed out on vacation very, very early Saturday morning!

My samples are simple since I've had limited crafty time the past two weeks - last weekend I was in Fresno for Kate's birthday and now getting ready to go to Spokane.
I used the sketch and the center across items for the purple card. And Heat embossing, thank you and distress OXIDE inks for the golden one.
I look forward to what you all come up with!

Oh my. I love them both for very different reasons.
The gold one reminds me of the reverse paintings I see at the flea market & in antique stores.

Love both of your cards. And thank you for making the graph large enough for these old eyes to see!

Made this card with the same ole cactus die from Jen Long. Love that set. Love it. I used paper from Stampin Up. A button from one of my May Flaum boxes, cactus flowers from sparkle paper and Distress Inks on the front panel. Thanks for looking.

I'm gonna post this card here just to generate some interest. This one doesn't have a button but I think it's my fifth card from that die. I think it has paid for itself, even though I wasn't lucky enough to buy it half off at the Island. This is my anniversary card for hubby. The sentiment on the back says, Thank you for loving me even when I'm prickly. Because I'm prickly a lot.
