The houses selling on my street are up to $900,00 + (a 2 story just sold for 1.8) - I told Mark that our new neighbors aren't even our peers!

FYI - most people's lawns look pretty bad here due to the drought and water restrictions!

On top of that most young people aren't going to be able to afford such prices because they're still paying off their student loans for the next 15 years.

I wonder what the present owner was using the barn
for...
looks large enough for all knids of parties:)
and too clean to have been used as a barn

They don't say anything about a bathroom in the barn,
either
