Cushion, finished!

Post by katymjo »

I began this cushion at a workshop years ago. I fished it out and took it to our quilt group meetings so that I would have some hand stitching to do. And now it's finished!

Hand stitching any thing is a labor of love. (in my opinion)
This came out lovely.

That's lovely, Kathryn. I so admire people who can sew! I wish I'd paid more attention when my grandmother took me to quilting bees instead of playing under the quilt frames.

Kathryn you are so talented! This cushion is lovely and your hand stitching is impressive. I'm in the Pam boat...can't sew anything. Maybe sew a button on, maybe.

Thankyou, friends for your kind comments. It's a good idea to take something to hand-sew at our quilt group, otherwise I just chat, read other people's magazines and eat chocolate biscuits!
