Thankyou, Pam I kept trying the yellow bird against the background and deciding that I needed a lot more dark green leaves to make him show up.
Do you remember the calypso song, "Yellow Bird, up high in banana tree..."?
Kathryn.

"Yellow Bird, you sit all alone like me."

Here are my 7 cards for Week 2 which ended last Thursday.
8-Two red Paint Chips on one of my Yupo AI papers from OBX
9-Ombre watercolor on watercolor paper
10-I'd love to live in a YELLOW house
11-Tetrahedrons
12-Wings (Pam C. should recognize that background paper)
13-Repeat is a section of a page from a coloring book
14-Leaves from the garden which I put through Kathryn's Cuttlebug to transfer onto paper. They aren't quite as pale as they look here. Colored pencils, too.

When we had reCreate near your house we went to a cafe in a shopping center nearby for lunch and that was the paper they used for wrapping or lining sandwich baskets. You asked for a few extra sheets for me. I don't have the edge of the paper with the name of the restaurant on it. Carolina something, maybe?

Oh my goodness! Yes. That swirl design felt like it should be familiar. Carolina Cafe. I can see it from my window every day now.

Eventually these things get used. I also used some to cover a few of my journal pages for this trip.

It's a bore! (less is)

I love these cards and it's great that they're something you can work on no matter where you are.

I brought a stamping project with me today. Drowning my sorrows in craft supplies. Was supposed to be off today but co-worker's dog had emergency surgery yesterday. :angry42:
