Shipwreck beads

Post by Monica »

Anyone ever bought from them? They are a huge supplier of beads and beading supplies.... and they are about 10 miles down the road from my hotel!! Walking in the warehouse door is overwhelming, and caused my brain to freeze for a bit. lolz! Got a few cool bits but honestly, it was so overwhelming that I mainly walked the aisles and simply drooled. I took some pictures of the inside.... will post when I have a chance.

Yep, everytime I visit my mom in Lakewood (about 15 miles north) we take a little run to Shipwreck Beads. I usually dedicate half a day and I go with a list. The most awesome bead store I've ever been in.

I've seen ads in beading magazines, so I recognize the name. But never ordered from there. My available bead storage is very limited, so I don't do a lot of online shopping for stash, but if they've got a good selection of stuff, then I'll consider them the next time I'm shopping for a specific project.
