Just finished watching. OMG! I can't wait to try this technique especially with the black soot. But they are all outstanding. Another great use for stencils!

Tonight I get inky.

I need to get a couple of stencils that are more generic, I think. Although I do have 2 similar background stamps that should work really well. Okay, so if I get really tired of using the stamps, I can justify buying stencils. ;)

I watched that last night.... very cool stuff. I really do like her techniques... simple, but with a lot of bang for the buck...

I'm hoping some of my old, very old CS stencils might work. There are a few largish ones. I also have a few JudiKins that are 5X5 so I guess I'll make some square cards. I like the one where she goofed and just cut a wide strip to fill the middle of the card. I do like the stencils she used. I've looked at them before but until now wasn't all that interested. UH-OH!

Well, that was impressive! I wonder how long it took her to do all that experimenting and then boil it down into a 23 minute video. She is so professional! The Oxide inks make such a big difference with some of those older techniques.

That was a good video, my set is on order at LSS. They had a deal of buy 10 get 2 free. Not as good a deal as Farley's, but I'd already pre-ordered and it supports the store. Can't have the store go under, that's where I meet my friends! I should be able to pick up next week at Renegades.

I just ordered some new stencils from Catherine Pooler - she has a new release this morning. New inks, stamps, stencils and collections.

Great video; hopefully it's as easy to get those fabulous results as she makes it look. I could also see that technique used with 12" stencils for a scrapbook page border or banner.
