The waxed paper provides 2 purposes. One, it really gives you a good embossed impression. I don't know why, but it does make a difference; the other is it provides a resist, especially if you don't completely cover the base cardstock. The mod podge provides that too, but you may sand down to the waxed paper layer at some point and that will continue to resist the ink layers.katymjo wrote:Thankyou for sharing the technique, Rachelle.
