I've been working on this off and on the last few days and did put a tutorial on my blog if anyone is interested. Easy technique and it was fun. TFL

awesome, will check it out today....I always love those drawings in journals and such but have never dared try it because I can't draw a straight line with a ruler.....

You don't have to be able to draw to do this. Transfer paper? Thanks for your comments, the technique is fun no matter what you use for a sketch. Just a heart would be pretty.

this is beautiful, and what a great tutorial also. There is such depth in this. You did a wonderful job on sketching and then painting the face. thanks for sharing.
