I wouldn't argue with a prescription for a massage! Does that mean that you get massages that are covered by insurance? I'd totally be on board with that! I'm a bit jaded about PT personally. I've been prescribed PT on several occasions, and it's never once improved my situation. I can imagine that it would truly help if you've been injured, and you can't move properly on your own and you want to make sure you heal/set everything correctly. But none of my issues have ever been related to injury. My joints just get discombobulated on occasion, and nothing short of getting them popped back into place really fixes anything. I've been "fixed" more thoroughly by yoga than I ever have by PT. And sometimes a steroid can do enough anti-inflammatory action to allow things to slide back into place. But that's just me. :-)

Keeping fingers crossed that all of your therapy will have you on the mend quickly.
