June 18

Here is Jak at his kindergarten graduation with his big sister and Mom. I hate that these get so blurry after resizing. My black droplets were a big failure.

I agree. Resizing is the pits. Nice layout though. What were the drops?

Cute layout!
I would add some smaller drops to make them blend in and add some on the bottom left. Or not! But that's probably what I would do. Since you asked. I need coffee.

The drips are those black blobs in the right hand corner. I think I will add some to the left bottom to even it out.

I guess I meant, what media? Ink, spray, paint?

Not sure what software you're using to resize photos... but I use a little freebie called Irfanview

you can find it here: http://www.irfanview.com/

it's a simple windows-based image editor

Going to try to catch up from being gone!

This would be June 19th.

This is Allyson's graduation announcement. They sure have changed from when I had my announcements. They were all formal and stuffy. The front side is in color and she's running also. I tried to get two so I could use them both but they were all out of them.

Cheryl M I used your square doily on this and really like it. Thanks for sharing.

June 20

This is Jak last year in the Black Hills "mining" for precious gems. Rod bought a bag of dirt with gems in it and he mined them out! He loved it.

June 21

This is Jak getting tickled silly! I have had this photo for so long and it was time to put it on a page.

Not taking you long at all to catch up! I really like the graduation announcement - it has so much more personality than the old formal style.

I stayed up last night late doing laundry and while I was downstairs doing that I just started scrapping. Started about 5 PM and finished at midnight.

This is Caitlin and her goofy group of friends. They were in the Dominican Republic with one of her friend's parents.

Yay for you!
Doesn't it feel good to be caught up?

Could you take a picture of the other side of the announcement?

Oh wow Debbie! These are outstanding LOs. I just love the announcement and how you scrapped it. A real stunner. And what a cool announcement.

I can probably scan that other side and do another page to accompany this page. Thanks for the idea.
