He's a Better Scrapper Than I Am!

Post by paddlegal »

Yes it's true. My 23 year old son is scrapping photos of the past year with his girl friend. These are pages for her to add to the scrapbook he made her last September for their 2nd anniversary. Tomorrow is their 3rd anniversary of being a couple. I am thrilled that my PL cards are being used thoughtfully and lovingly. Guess he's learned a few things from me and Bob.

He has been working on this all day. I printed most of the photos for him last night and he added more today.

Oh my goodness - how wonderful!!!! I keep hoping someday that one of my kids will take an interest and want to put together an album of their own. Every so often one of the joins me in the craft room, but they quickly get bored and go back to some electronic diversion. Maybe someday...

Well keep in mind that at the moment this is only a once a year event, LOL. He has however made a few cards for Jess using my Big Shot and dies!

Farley, you need to send this to Becky Higgins. It's wonderful that he's so thoughtful. We know those memories are priceless.

He finally wrapped it up around 10pm last night. He was saying how stiff and sore his neck is. Welcome to the world of paper crafting. I know Jess will love these added photos. I wonder if Charley has realized yet that he has set a precedence for subsequent anniversaries? I hope so...I can finally feel justified for buying so many full sized PL kits.

BTW...each page has copious journaling. What a sweetheart. Needless to say Bob and I are darn proud of him in all areas of his life.

And it has to feel good knowing that he appreciates all the work you've done to document YOUR photos and stories... and knowing he'll treasure your scrapbooks in years to come.
