Happy Feet
Happy Feet
Our local shoe store has hundreds of these little pressed cardboard shoe forms that come in the shoes they order. They asked our mixed media art group to alter some of them for a fall window display, so I gave it a whirl this week. I forgot to take a before pic of the raw forms, but I did take one right after I painted them. The details of how I made the leaves are up on my blog if you're interested, along with a detailed pic of them. I'll try to get a pic of what the other gals in the group do when the display is up.

Re: Happy Feet
What a great idea! I hope you get some photos of the window display.
I really like the way you added the quote on the stick for some height and more dimension.

Thanks everyone! I have turned in my project and I think they go to the store the 16th. I'll definitely take a picture of the window display with all of the feet.
