I have a recipe for Cranberry Nut Bread but it only makes one loaf at a time. I want to double the recipe so I can do 2 at a time. Anyone familiar with how you alter the items like baking soda, baking powder, salt?
I know I'm being lazy but I don't want the mess 2 times.

If you google doubling ingredients in recipes, there seem to be some hits about it. I always just double everything or use smaller pans to get two loaves for gifts, etc.

Jill I think when there is both baking powder & baking soda it is different. Not sure but I just made them in 2 different bowls with no problem.
