April Card Sketch Challenge: SPLATS, SPLOTCHES AND SWIPES
Re: April Card Sketch Challenge: SPLATS, SPLOTCHES AND SWIP
Nice cards everyone!! Everybody is getting their splatters on for sure!!
Here is mine. I used bister for the background. That stuff takes a little getting used to. A little goes a long ways! I used red, yellow and blue.

So, so pretty Debbie! That's a great stamp, too.

Very pretty, Debbie. I'm unfamiliar with that product but I adore the results.

oh Debbie, that's gorgeous!
Re: April Card Sketch Challenge: SPLATS, SPLOTCHES AND SWIP
I really just wanted to play today without too much of a goal in mind, so I decided to play with distress inks and Farley's challenge. Then I got to thinking, why not make 6 holiday cards and try to catch up with that challenge as well. Here they are, was trying to think how to use this pine branch stamp and this was a good technique for it. Sorry, for the poor picture quality, took it with my kindle, I'll try to get my camera charged up for a better pic tomorrow.

Rachelle these are outstanding and gorgeous. You are brilliant to make double use of the challenges. Love these.

Here is a better picture of the splatter technique for the cards I made. I used Evergreen Bough, Festive Berries, Black Soot and Iced Spruce distress inks for the background.

Here are my cards for this challenge. After much experimenting, it finally worked out after I bought fresh ingredients. Can anyone guess what I used for the backgrounds?

Kool Aid?
Love those colors and you've inspired me to give another technique a try. If only the sunshine wasn't calling my name right now...
This looks like fun, doesn't it?

Love those Marianne! I'm guessing Gelatos or Watercolors?
And what's the Kool Aid technique Pam?
