containers

Post by jmp1022 »

I been saving these containers for a while. they come from Big Lots with peanut butter filled pretzels.
The guys snack on them all the time. They hold quite a bit. I take the labels off with goo-gone.

Great idea to reuse them. I'm more likely to use items stored in clear containers.

Those are a good sized container... and they'll stack nicely, too!!

I agree... having things in clear containers will help us use them!! I thought I'd pretty-up my scraproom with those pretty patterned boxes that look like books... well... once you put stuff in them, you can't stand them up anymore... and when you stack them, you just don't dig through the stack to see what's in the bottom box... so I have lots of things not being used. I'm currently changing a bunch of those, now... I'll use those pretty boxes somewhere else, I guess. LOL

I agree. I have a lot of containers in the craft room that are kind of cute -- pretty boxes, cigar boxes, etc., but I forget what's in what, no matter how often I update the labels.
I've been using clear mason jars to hold paint brushes, washi tape, etc., but I think your clear plastic containers are far more practical! I don't know about you, but I'm a bit of an ox in the china shop and too much glass is never a good idea!

Or peanut clusters from Costco, they look like the same container I have my buttons in.
