Craftsy class - Nichol Magouirk

Post by nchoney »

I'm thinking about signing up for this class by Nichol.... I like her methods and want to learn how to use more of what I already have. It's only $14.99 today...

http://www.craftsy.com/class/gorgeous-g ... 80&smm_id=

but the thing that jumped out at me was that over 1000 people have already signed up for it.... I did the math... I know Craftsy would keep a chunk of that for posting the class and handling the bandwidth... but... ummm.. that's a nice amount of income for a card-making class... I hadn't noticed that part on their other classes.... but wow...

It may not be a new class... but one they're promoting again. I signed up so I'll see if I get some new ideas. She has a clean, simple style which I like, so I know I'll get something out of my $15 .... :-)

I've seen that class advertised before and have been tempted... the thing is I don't make cards. Although I'm sure the ideas could be used in other ways. Can't want to see what you make.

I went ahead and signed up for it.... and it's self-paced, so I'll have plenty of time. :-)

I've watched a few sessions of this class. I'm not sure when it was originally recorded - most of her demonstrations look like older ideas that she's far surpassed in her YouTube videos. I like some of the ideas she's showing... it would be a super class for a beginner card-maker, though.
