We're pretty sure no bikes in this house but Mike says he'll check on rental rate from local place and if anyone's interested we can help get them to the house.

I sent an email to the rental folks. No answer yet so I'll call them in the morning.

As I pile everything up to go in the car I'm wondering how in the world I flew to two different retreats - and managed to have what I needed with me. I must have worn the same clothes every day for a week! I am really not bringing everything in my studio with me and even put two things back this morning. Of course bringing some household and food stuffs along does make a difference...

As much stuff as I've pulled out of my craft room and have out in my kitchen area... my craft room should look empty... but... ummmmm ... it doesn't... LOL

And... if anyone forgot some much-needed tool or whatever... I probably have it and can zip home and get it. :-)

I looked around my space and was a bit embarrassed that it looks the same...of course, I felt like I wasn't packing that much until I saw it all together.
Sure, I could leave a lot of it at home but, the whole point of the week is to have uninterrupted time to create (and have a bit of fun with my peeps). I do need most of what I'm bringing!

So, I guess it's time to actually put some clothes in a bag to bring. I've been packing the projects for two weeks.

Most crafty stuff is in the car, last bag with all my inks still has to go in. Now to pack the clothes and then Saturday morning I pack the cooler stuff.

I'm loading my car this afternoon. Mostly so I can walk through my living room again. LOL.

Tools, ink, paper, photos, paper to swap, stamps, dies... the car is almost full.

Peggy will be here in a couple hours. Still need to wrap her Mom's Day gift. And make a card! Yikes!

I have been through the rational packing stage, the irrational packing stage, and the too exhausted to think straight packing stage. I am giving up. What is packed is coming with me and what isn't is staying home. I can't wait to see you all.

Debi, is the restaurant we went to our last night in 2015 open? We watched the sunset and took pictures... I remember it being very good.

My fingers are crossed that it is...that was my favorite of all the places we went.
