No progress yet on the wall, but they're hoping to start next week!

That is quite a while but everything takes time.

When we moved here to our new house I only brought pieces of 3 plants with me. We have very limited space where we are allowed to plant. I had so much else to do that digging up off shots wasn't a big priority. I Only have 1 of the 3 still alive the other 2 were shade loving an we don't get that here. I am happy to say that one of our friends from the old area are coming down this week and she will bring me off shots of several day lilies. They are ones I had given her last year. So happy to share plants with friends. They reciprocate when you are ready. I love my day lilies and have lots of sun they will thrive in here.

Cheryl, how nice to get plants from friends! I have hellebores in our garden that I call "Milly's Children" . Although Milly passed away many years ago her original gift plant has multiplied and the seedlings come up every year.

Kathryn that is always the best way to get plants. We have the best memories of our friends.

What a lovely memory. I hope you've scrapbooked Milly's Children, Kathryn.

Nice! That will be a relief to have that done. I hate that in-between state where you have to look at your broken/damaged house/yard every day and just wait for the fix-it crew to come. We waited 15 months to get our house repaired from tornado damage, and had to look at holes in our bedroom ceiling the whole time. Not happy times. Glad to see your wall is on the mend!

That looks like a big job. I hope it doesn't take too long. I bet they are making a racket.

All repaired now. We took a wheelbarrow round the plant centre again and got the new part planted. So now it like looks even better than before!

Your new wall is beautiful and when those plants grow in it will be spectacular.
