Just checking in. We had a few inches of snow. I've stayed indoors most of the day. Went out this morning with the camera to get photos of Chevie in her first real snow.
Hoping our offices are closed again tomorrow but don't know yet.

Re: The Weather (Safe topic?)
It was 5 degrees here this morning and is just now up to 21. The roads are icy and since we're on a dead end residential road in the county, we're the last ones to be cleared. Hoping the sun melts a lot of this mess because DH is getting cabin fever.
BTW - for those of us who don't have snow shovels or snow blowers - a leaf blower works just fine.

Pam...my neighbor was using a blower the other day on powdery snow.

I am so very ready for "Mother Nature" to get a little more friendly. I didn't move to the beach for sleet/freezing rain/snow. It is way too cold for me.

I’m one of those who enjoys our brief winters. At least the sky is blue. Those never ending grey Ohio winters - not so much. If the drain for my washer would thaw out, I’d be a happy camper.

Hey Ladies....
Just getting logged on since the holidays and moving in the new house. We received 4 inches here in Oriental. It's been nice to have some days off from school so I can do more lesson planning and unpacking scrapbook supplies. Can't wait to do my first layout in a few years.
