Wonderful!! Make sure you keep track of what you accomplish when you're working from home. It will be good to have that data when they decid4 to ask for it. LOL

So many benefits to work from home. We’ll have to go in for meetings a couple of times a month and they’ll keep our cubicles in an area where we can work if we need to (power outages, for instance). Our job is critical, so one way or the other, we have to get our work done.
I’m only 2 1/2 miles away so if I need to go in, it’s really not a big deal.
Best of all, we convinced them it was to their benefit!

Terrific news Pam! Now during bad weather you’ll be able to stay home and work in your PJs.

That's great, productivity will probably go up
and that will convince the powers that be that they
made a good decision

My daughter works as a trauma coder and they allow them to do overtime
from home. They also allow her to work from home when her husband
is having what we call a melt down. He has early Alzheimer's and
has fabulations that are very real to him and he gets very agitated
sometimes and she needs to stay with him to calm him down.
She tells me she gets much more accomplished when she
works from home

It’s been getting better for a few months now. I may survive until retirement after all.
