New baby in the Corolla pony herd

Post by nchoney »

One of our co-workers shared this photo this morning... a new foal was born in the yard of one of our rental houses in Corolla. What a vacation memory for some folks, right??

I know Keitha and Debbie went up to Corolla a couple years ago and took the tour and saw lots of the wild ponies... so I knew they'd like to see this :-)

What a sweet photo! I love how the foal is snugged up in mom’s legs. Adorable. Thanks for sharing this Debi.

On my raptor survey route I pass a stable’s pasture filled with mares and their foals. Each time I get to see their growth progress but it’s a busy road and I can’t stop to take any pictures. But I love seeing all those kids running about with their moms.

That's precious, Debi, thanks for posting it. I've alerted Keitha to look, she is working hard on the next crop of Christmas movies.

Just popping in at Marianne's suggestion. Great photo; thanks for posting Debi. That would be something to experience on vacation, wouldn't it?

Oh my, the forum is telling me my last visit here was July 14th! I am crazy busy at work juggling two shows at once, but hope life will calm down soon and I'll be back. I'm missing you guys - and also missing my crafting time; it's been way too long.

We are missing you also Keitha. Glad you could come up for air even though it was too brief. Look forward to your return...so take care of yourself please.

How sweet! Would be an experience to remember for sure. It was so cool seeing the horses against the surf.
