2018 November Card Sketch Challenge - Seasonal Colors

I am sitting at my dining table right now, sipping my latte and lalalalaa...it hits me! OMG it’s November 1st and I totally forgot to plan a card!!!!


So stand by friends and watch this space. I might get something up tonight...



Okay...I’m back. I was so conflicted on ideas with holidays coming that it hit me...you choose...well sort of. Below are 3 seasonal swatches that I want us to try for the NEXT 2 MONTHS. Yes, we are all getting busy with Thanksgiving and Christmas and all other special events between right now and January 1. So I am giving you (and me) a breather to create cards that you need to make but give you some color ideas to assist us all.

Come January 1, 2019 I plan to start out with some fresh ideas for cards. Here are my 3 choices and I’ll be posting later this weekend my samples. (Leading a bird tour for the Sandhill Crane Festival...lots to prepare for it.)

1. Cranberry Smash
2. Icy Winter
3. Traditional Christmas

Love the colors of the second one but they are all gorgeous.

I need to take some more photos of cards tonight before selling them tomorrow.... but once those creative juices got going, I kept making more and more cards. Hopefully, they'll sell. LOL But... I'm sure some of them match some of these color combos.

I still have to make my Christmas cards.... and then I'm going to give card-making a break for a while and get back to scrapbook layouts.
