So.... THEY tried upgrading our chat site version ... AGAIN!!!!! AND they entered some coding that was for an even different version and that jacked us up again.
BUT.... I learned something super valuable... if I call tech support, I get someone in the US who actually makes notes on accounts. Unlike the person in India who then said they don't keep notes on what's done. This fella agreed... the chat techs don't keep notes.
Holy cow!! What a fiasco... BUT.... he has now made a note to never upgrade our chat version. Yay!!!

I basically did an unsuccessful online chat with an unhelpful tech.... and then followed up with a phone call to a super tech who figured out the problem and fixed it.
