For the Love of Homemade Kits

Post by Keitha »

I'm quite smitten with the series For the Love of Homemade Kits, hosted by Khristina Sorge at Redefined Kreative and several of her scrappy friends. Each month she provides a kit 'recipe' that you build from your stash, where she identifies certain types of paper, embellishments and mixed media to work with. Finding fun and new creative ways to use up old stash is always a bonus so as long as I'm not working I've decided to play along, although rather than revisit the kit weekly for a month I might create my kit and then focus on it for a week out of the month. All the details can be found on her blog at www.redefinedkreative.blogspot.com, and the videos are also posted on her YouTube channel. Anyone else playing along? If so I thought it might be fun for us to share our kits and layouts here.

I play along every once in a while and recently joined her kit club. I have found her customer service to be excellent and she has a very active facebook group. I'm looking forward to seeing you there!

The only posts that show on her blog when I follow the link are several years old for some reason. You might want to try this link even though it looks the same:
