Wow, I look at the picture on the right and I am reminded of my paternal Austrian grandmother.

Nice page Pam. I wish my handwriting was as neat as yours was. Can your grandkids read cursive? My youngest wasn't taught it in school, makes me sad.

Mia can read cursive. I’ll have to ask Zain. She has gone to school in Australia, the UAE, and now NZ. Zain only went to Montessori preschool in Australia, then to the UAE, and now NZ of course.
I’ll have to ask Kenan. If not, I’ll teach him when he gets here.

Grandma would have been about 59 in that picture. She worked so hard every day of her life.
