Thank you all! I'm still I'm awe of all the space I have. I can actually work on several things at once without having to put everything away. I'm working on a roll up design wall that will hang from one of the ceiling joists and then tuck up when I'm not using it. I'll post a pic when I've figured it out.

Rachelle congratulations on this amazing craft center. Having different stations and workspaces will revolutionize your crafting to a whole new level. I was admiring those beams thinking of what all could hang from them. Hope hubby’s recovery is a swift one and asks for help in the future.

Would love to see how his side turns out too when done.

Thanks Farley, I will post some pics of his side when it's finished. His is actually broken into two spaces. The one next to mine is a long room that will house all his fishing gear and the chest freezer, plus a drying room for all the stuff that's gets wet while fishing and kayaking. His actual woodworking tools will be on an elevated workbench that will sit above our power boat in the main garage. This will also give us access to the 20x20 storage loft that is above my room and the drying room.

As promised, the long awaited pics of the rest of our building project over the last year. For orientation, my room is down that little hallway and on the left. There is a 20x20 storage loft above my room and a pantry and drying room on the right. The staircase takes you up to the elevated 6x26 foot workshop that is my husband's space and then you can get up to the upper storage loft. Sorry, about the clutter, we're still finding the forever home for all our STUFF!

As you can see, we have our fishing boat tucked under hubby's space, the area in front of the boat houses all the heavy power tools, table saw, planer, etc. The middle picture is his design area with a great view of the neighborhood. The picture of the car and boats is taken from the top of the staircase. The area to the left of the car is the fish/game cleaning station that drains into the utility sink. We've already used it for Roger's first ocean trip this year, 12 crabs, 6 rock fish and a ling cod. Worked like a dream. When not in use the table folds up against the wall to give more room around the car.

My father-in-law made the ships wheel with our name on it out of wine barrel staves. He's very crafty too!

Wow - this is all so great! One of the reasons we've started planning to move after the youngest graduates is to downsize our living space, but upsize on outbuildings and storage. We are a couple in need of WORKSHOPS, and a garage/shed/barn just for the endless number of storage tubs.
And that's simply not possible in our current subdivision situation. What you have there looks absolutely amazing to me. I can't wait to have a building like that in a few years.
