Açaí bowls

Most of us went to Hatteras Bowls to get açaí bowls and vegan ice cream. They taste much better at the beach for some reason.

And they brought back the vegan ice cream with coconut flakes and cacao chips for me. Yummmmm!!!

Hm. As a meat and potatoes midwesterner, I'm not really sure how keen I'd be on vegan ice cream, but what a fun outing nonetheless!

Julie even Baskkn Robbins makes several vegan ice cream flavors and they are fabulous. if you weren't told it was you wouldn't know the difference. Great stuff.

Hatteras Bowls makes theirs with frozen banana base. It’s incredible.
