finally scrapping

Post by Keitha »

It's been over 6 months since I scrapped a page - and it shows, LOL. Decided to start with these two layouts from my monthly 2020 project which I'd already printed photos for before I returned to work last year. I feel ambivalent about these pages but figure this monthly recap of 2020 is all the scrapping I'll do for that year - I'd far rather work in my travel albums.

Welcome back! These are a great record of a memorable year, I'm glad you are continuing with them. Who is that helping Cooper with the gardening?

Dave's the master gardener at our house. Rebecca, I and the boys just reap the benefits.

I love those layouts. And a monthly recap is a great way to ease back into it. My scrapping, at its peak, yielded three packed binder albums per year. 2020 fit into one. I barely have more than a layout a month for everything after March. 2020 was a rough year for scrapping - I like scrapping fun, happy stuff, but there just wasn't much of that to go around.
