Pam Cook's Hot Chocolate recipe...

I'm not into mixing up pounds of this stuff at a time.

My mother's recipe

4 parts dried skim milk
2 parts Nestle's Quick
1 part coffee creamer
1/2 part powdered sugar (optional)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

In my mother's world, the sugar was optional, but the nutmeg was not. I add both.
