Cricut/Sillouette? Suggestions for work needed

So our store director yesterday told me to order the Cricut for use in our classroom at the store. He then asked me if its top of the line. I told him its the one I know most about. I said there is one you can use all the fonts on your computer but then we would need a computer for the classroom too. He said we have a laptop in the office that is just gathering dust. He told me to do research and decide what to get. The idea is to have a machine that our customers will use for a variety of projects so we need shapes and fonts. Any suggestions?

I would not buy the cricut again. Due to the cost of cartridges and you are limited. I just bought the Pazzle Inspiration which does all the fonts etc like the silhouette. Not that I have tried it much. I have not had time.

Cricut has a pretty easy learning curve. Anything where you have to dig through fonts in an application is going to be a PITA to teach customers about. Not everyone is computer savvy.
