When I fix it at home I serve with a tossed salad and some sort of bread. When I take to a potluck I double it and never bring any home.

I do a chicken dish in a large skillet wih
chicken pieces, I usually use either chicken breast
cut in strips or the frozen strips in a large bag from
Costco. I throw them in the skillet with onion
and mushroom( canned mushrooms are fine)
until they are about cooked then add
a can or 2 of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup,
with a little water to thin it out; when that gets
hot toss in a bag of frozen California Style vegetables,
(carrots, broccoli, califlower) stir it up; put the lid on
and a few minute later you have a tasty chicken dish,
similiar to a chinese stir fry. I serve this over white rice.
Servings would depend upon how much chicken
you use and how hungry everyone is. :)

It's a quick dish ready in less than 30 minutes.
