How do you mail swaps?

I know this is random but I may be coming back stateside to Indiana next month for awhile and I was wondering how you all mail your swaps. Since I became a part of this whole world while living over here, I'm kinda lost. I normally package the swap up in the envelope that it is going to be mailed back to me in and then put that in a priority envelope and mail it that way. How do you guys mail them? Thanks!

some people do it that way

others will put another SASE inside with the swaps to be returned.

some send an address label along with $$ or postage so that their envelope can be reused.
