Christmas ornaments

Post by Yoli »

I'm knee deep in Christmas projects this year. LOL. This is my latest creation. For the small square ornaments I used Memory glass & foil tape from Inkssentials. The images came from Brenda Walton's Evergreen collection. The paper pack comes with the perfect sized square images for these ornaments.

The design for the two round ornaments was inspired by a beautiful Christmas card made by Andrea Walford http://andreawalford.com/. All paper & stamps used for the round ornaments are from Stampin' Up.

Amazing what I'm able to do now that DS is in school full-time! LOL. Almost done with my Christmas cards which signal the last of the Christmas projects.

Would love to visit AZ right about now. It's rainy season here in Seattle. Sigh! The ornaments however are pretty easy to make.

1. I just used 1 Memory glass for the front of the ornament with the paper image directly behind it.
2. Wrap Memory foil around each of the edges of the glass/paper sandwich.
3. Adhered the ribbon to the top.
4. Adhered a paper backing for a finishing touch.

Voila!

LOL. Some days it feels like its NEVER going to stop raining! :angry42: The sun actually blessed us with a few rays yesterday and today. :cool5: Big change from the almost torrential rains & gusting winds we had on monday.
