Anyone else jumping in to say
Happy Valentine's Day

One of my old classmates sent this on to me
last year. She found it going through things that
her mother had saved over the years, I had sent
it to her in a classroom valentine mailbox in 1952.
It's amazing what Moms will save for their children :)

I have several report cards and a card that I made my mother from grammar school. There's even a newspaper clipping of an op ed piece that I wrote when I was in high school. She had also left a note for me in her old cookie jar that I found after she died. I think that jar has been painted, broken and repaired at least 15 times, but it's still one of my most treasured possessions.

You're an overachiever. :tomato:

Love the vintage Valentine's day card, Elizabeth! I've got some cards in my baby book from the first few years of my life that I enjoy pulling out to look at now and then.

Pam, your card arrived yesterday. LOVE IT!!!!!! Would you please tell me who makes that stamp (Tim H?), I think I HAVE to have it. And you did such a fantastic job coloring him - I'll be copying that, too.

It's Art Impressions. I'm pretty sure it came from scrapbook.com. It comes with dies, but only for the mouth and the accessories which they didn't make clear in the description. I chose to not use them and fussy cut instead.

Thanks, Pam. Funny that it doesn't come with a die for the main character (don't want to ruin the surprise for those that haven't received it yet). However, you did a great job fussy cutting.
