2012 Camp PAO-WOW art!
Re: Camp Jumble
My dad didn't really want to keep much from his office, so I took alot of things for future use. They had this pink clock hanging in the reception room and I needed one on my deck so I altered it with alcohol ink

He also didn't want his old lab coats and I thought they would make great art smocks, but they needed a little blinging up, so I got out my stencils and mists while I was keeping my eye on the pressure cooker today and got one of the lab coats into working order.

I am very late in adding mine from Kim. I love all the colors with this.

I needed to do something crafty today so I made a wall hanging for the guest room (which is turning into my art room ...... will start another thread for that ).

Re: Postcards from Home #2 - create & mail!
Got my terrific beach-y postcard from Pat yesterday. Very cool how she made it out of foam core - lightweight but sturdy! Ahhhh, to be where this stamp is right now!

Re: Technology Class - digital scrapbooking
Here's one more I forgot to post. It's from a finch photo I took while he was at the bird bath. I used this to make a card for my friend's 75th birthday. Of course I forgot to take a photo of the card.

Challenge #2: Hot
Nothing says hot to me more than summer and the best way to beat the heat is take a dip. Here's a layout of the grands at the beach with me trying to get cool.

Re: Camp Mail - Art Journals
Oh wow, Sue! What a great way to honor your dad. My dad's birthday is coming up very soon and he would have been 90. I may have to use your idea and do a page for him.
Here's a AJ page I did recently. I guess this is where I need to post it. There is a lot of texture in this one. I used molding past, chipboard, textured tape and material. Of course there is plenty of different kinds of paint and the use of several stencils.

Re: Sports/Activity field
Here's one I did for my grand-daughter. All three of the oldest grands play spring and fall soccer. Title is "Girl Jocks Rule". Thought that was so cool for her. She also plays basketball and softball, but at the same time she can be girly-girly and she loves art. This is Emma who went with us on our flat self journey's.

Re: Sports/Activity field
Here's the other one done of the grands playing soccer. I'm so proud of each of these kids. Like Emma, the boys play soccer, basketball and baseball. They are all active in sports year round. In the summer they swim as much as they can. I could post tons of layouts here about their sports but I'll stop with these two layouts.
