Yesterday I got this great and fun card from Paula. She quizzed me as to what kind of bird this is. I am reasonably sure it is a Mountain Bluebird. There was no indication of where it was taken or if Paula had taken it herself. Me thinks it was not Paula, LOL due to the texture of the photograph paper.

But what was fun is getting this surprising, quizzical card and making me use my birding ID skills over it before coming to my reasonably (haha) confident conclusion.

So I say Mountain Bluebird due to its coloring, undertail coverts and bill type....Am I right?


And don't miss the cool metal embossing for the matte.
