Christmas tag
Christmas tag
Swirlydoos is doing a 12 tags of Christmas thing, and while I'm way too lazy to take photos with the camera, upload to the laptop, resize and upload to a gallery.... I will take pictures with the phone & upload to Photobucket!
This is my take on day 2, which requires white & silver, wings, and a rub-on. The rub-on part is on the top and the bottom of the tag... white swirls. The ornament is a Fabscraps diecut and chipboard. The wings is the first time I think I've used that Timmy die and folder. I cut the inner wing layer from white cardstock, glued together, embossed with the folder, then misted with tinsel & white color shine spray and ice Radiant Rain. The outer wings are cut from corrugated cardboard. The Noel is cut from silver glitter paper. Thanks for looking!

Re: Christmas tag
Beautiful. The natural-colour of the outer wings makes a good contrast with all the "frostiness".

Re: Christmas tag
Love this, Monica. I hope this is open to all. I'd like to take a look. Always on the lookout for other venues for Twelve Tags. I love that Tim now does them monthly, but honestly, I haven't done one of them. There was something about that Christmas frenzy that always got me crafting. Swirlydoos, eh???
Your tag does look very frosty. Great techniques.
