OOPS!

Post by Judi in IL »

When you are trying to do embossing on glossy cardstock, make sure it isn't shrink plastic! I rarely use glossy, but I knew I had purchased a few sheets at my LSS a few weeks ago. I also purchased a few sheets (about the same number) of shrink plastic at retreat in Oct.-white, shiny, 8.5x11. Anyway last night I thought I would finally try Tim's #2 tag with the AIs. Everything was going fine until I tried to emboss the tree and my tag started to warp, curl and shrink! OOPS! I ended up having to just throw it away. Thought it might just end up a small tag, but it was not salvagable.

I'm sorry Judi, but that is just too funny. But if it had been me I probably wouldn't have been laughing after working so hard just to see it curl up and shrink like that. One way or another we learn something new every time we create.

Sorry it didn't work out for you Judi. Isn't it frustrating when something happens like that.
