December 2014 KICK START Card Sketch Challenge

I hearby release you from making cards with multiple patterned papers - unless you want to! You do a great job layering patterned paper but if you don't like them, then don't do it!

Hey what are you talking about Jen? Your card is terrific and pattern or no pattern is up to you. I love the stamp you used...very cool with those icy blues. Is that all one stamp? LIKE!

It's a Unity stamp so I will be able to play in FWF this week.
Doesn't really show in the photo but the ink is not black. It's my new Nightshift Blue from MFT and I love it.

No worries Nancy. I knew starting this in December was going to be iffy. We are ALL so busy this month. This is just the warm up for 2015.

Just sneaking this one in before the end of the year! I used torn paper masks to make the background. The fairy stamp is one of a "freebie" set from a card-making magazine.

Great card, Kathryn. I'm busy working on the next layout sketch as well. Anyone crafting this weekend? I have a scrapping Facetime date with my sister for New Years Day. It's sorta become a tradition for us. Once I get the layout put together, I'll post a new sketch.
