I'm Card Captain this coming week for Michael Strong's Yahoo group.

I'll post my cards here after posting daily for the other group. After seeing
this challenge, I used all scraps on them.

Card one is MS's darling goat. The gold and silver are shimmery IRL. I used all
scraps on top of the card base. I, also wanted a more masculine style. Text is CS. Enjoy!

I'm back with Day 2. I love this Michael Strong little bird house and it seems to fit perfectly w this mask. The sentiment is from Club Scrap and is one of my favorites. IRL there is a lot of shimmer from the Glimmer Mists. I really like how this came together.

Lovely cards, April. Do you adhere your mask in some way to the card before spraying your mist, or just lay it down?

Keitha,

I hold it down in the area where the birds are~
but move finger to a near by space before spraying to
not have my finger on the piece.

Thanks, Everyone for your sweet words about my cards.

Thanks April. I guess I'm just too heavy-handed with the sprays, because I get a lot of bleed underneath.

Keitha,

I tend to be that way, too. I've taken note of my Sister's work
that always turn out so nicely. She is more light handed and
targets her sprays.

Very pretty, April. I like the colors.

If you spray over the mask or stencil instead of down, you get a softer coverage. The spray just falls down and settles on the paper instead of being forced underneath the stencil. Well, that's the theory!

Day 3 Wow, how quickly the week is going! These elegant Cloisonne Nesting Squares provided the ideal frame for the Helen Keller sentiment. Purple papers are from scraps. I'm not sure where the text came from.

Pretty!
April, did you put glitter on the flowers? They look sparkly.
