May 2015 Challenge - Use those PL style cards!

The challenge this month is to use at least 3 PL style cards on your project.
You don't have to use the whole card - card makers might want to punch shapes from them or just cut out words or designs to use.

If you don't have PL style cards, beg for some from your PAO sisters. I know a few of us have some to spare! Another option is to make your own since so few of us used up our scrap stash last month, chances are you have at least 3 pieces large enough to cut 4 x 6 or 3 x 4 cards. I think Debbie even posted a link where you could print PL style cards for free.

Great minds think alike Pam, or at least similarly. I was thinking the other day that a good challenge might be to not only use some PL cards, but to embellish them a bit first. They'd make great bases for little clusters. So I'm going to attempt to do that when I use mine.

I've been trying to use the ones that are now included in the paper pads I've been getting.... so I'll see what goes with those vacation photos and maybe work that into this weekend's activities

Great challenge. I have a jillion of these things but for those of you who don't, there are also a jillion free printables out there. Just google.

Love that photo; for some reason it's got a very retro feel to it.

It does, doesn't it? I think it was the filter she used on instagram. Zain saw the photo last night and started begging to go to the beach. Of course it's winter there (as much as they get winter in Melbourne) and he was devastated he couldn't go play in the water. He's my biggest fan right now - every time we talk he asks to see pictures of himself - meaning layouts.

Been doing a lot of layouts but no photos yet. I am using up many of my ALSB's and doctoring them up.

Jeepers Pam, I didn't comment on your LO and I've pinned it along with Marianne"s. Shame on me. Your layers of PL cards is so cool. I am hoping tonight I might get some time after we watch one of our favorite shows, Orphan Black (really, really good) and dinner out.
