I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!! We already have the tables reserved so no one else will snag them. Yay!!

I've also already started pulling papers out of my stash and putting them in the swap container.... so.. as you start your purges this Fall/Winter - start a box of papers you'd like to swap out. That should get us energized again!

Debi - I truly appreciate the help with lining up tables & chairs. Having them makes the week at the beach so convenient. Having Mike's help is priceless.

For sure - start sorting out any supplies you want to part with. We'll designate an area for those items that we can all pull from. No matter how much I plan, I manage to leave some "crucial" supplies at home. Remember the year I had to go home to retrieve my photos?? If you have items for sale, be sure to label them with a price tag.

Debi - If you'll bring your die cutting supplies (Sizzix? I forget which you have.), we'll only need one more machine.

Judy - do you plan to bring your Minc again? I forgot to take a look at it. If you decide to bring it again, would you please let us know what supplies we'd need in order to use it?

We can start a food/snack thread as it gets closer.

Cheryl, you won't have sad faces when you're touring the British Isles! (Yes, I'm still waiting for an answer about air fare!)

Yes, I will bring the Minc. I am sure they will come up with half a dozen new items to use with it by then, but I will let you all know.

Debi, thanks for getting the tables. I wondered if we were going to be able to use them since we aren't in the Waves Rodanthe area this time.

Eva had an interesting week. There was a big bank robbery and a shoot out with an ak47... All about a block from her library. Never a dull moment in WV!

That community building serves all 3 villages... so we can use the tables anywhere. And there are lots of chairs in the house, but we'll probably bring some of the folding chairs too. Not sure if ya'll thought of it this year, but bring a chair cushion if you have one handy... it makes those chairs much more comfy! LOL

Good idea about the chair pad. I need one for my chair at home anyway.

When I think of Eva, I think of that Girl Scout chant "Goin' on a bear hunt..." I don't want to think of robberies with AK47's!

If there are things you don't want to schlep down here.... like paper towels and toilet paper and the table covers... I can pick those up and bring them... no sense ya'll filling up your cars with generic things like that... it'll give you more room for scrapbook supplies!

Thanks Debi - if anyone would like to make plans for Debi to do some shopping for you (for the week), be sure to post. As it gets closer, we'll have a thread for that. There is no budget for household supplies so like last year, we'll have a sign up thread.
