Really, the colors are ideal for your great photo of you and the event.

Cross-posting from the Challenge Sketches. Hubby all dressed up in his fancy kilt and coat out fishing for steelhead and springer salmon on a couple of mornings at the SCA event. He got 4 little rainbows that we had for breakfast one morning, but no bites from the bigger fish. I used some Fossils, By the Seashore, Homestead, Lakes, and Get the Picture elements for this layout.

Look who came for a visit to Florence! Marianne and Ray joined us for our favorite fish tacos at the Traveler's Cove yesterday and then a walk around the waterfront. It was so nice to finally meet after all these years.

I'll be cross-posting in the Challenge Sketches thread, too. This one is #4.

Yikes! Fiberglass sea lions. Now I GOTTA plan a trip to Oregon this year. I love fiberglass public art statues. I collect them. Photos of them.

There's a whole tour of them you can go on. I think there are over 20 of them. There's a map and pictures at dancingwithsealions.com

Thanks for posting a layout, Rachelle.

The old town in Florence is really nice, lots of good seafood, shops, the river, birds, and now the sea lions. Not to mention, of course, the gorgeous Oregon coast.

And, no, Roger was not wearing his kilt that day!
