We are coming full circle as far as moves go. We started off in Detroit and moved to Ohio in 1990. Now 9 moves later, we are going back to Ohio. This will put me a few hours closer to NC for sure.

Oh gosh Pat I'm so sorry you've been having this to cope with this year. You are one amazing trooper. I wish you all the best in this next move and job.

Pam P...the manufacturing facility is in Carey. We plan to live in Findlay, as it is a much larger city. Years ago we lived in Gallipolis,Ohio...talk about small, this was it. Culture shock coming from the Detroit area, but we enjoyed our time there.

A car I was traveling in broke down in Findlay years ago. We had to tow it back to Cincy. I recall the Kodak printing facility was in Findlay. I received many a yellow envelope and box from them.

Dayton's my hometown but you all probably know that!

Yes, Pat, you're within a day's drive to my house. You can stay the night and head to the beach with us next May!

Congrats on the move Pat, and to Greg on his new job. Might I point out you'll be a mere 5 hours from Toronto? Okay, 6 hours to where I live, LOL. But much closer than to Pam C ;)

Much as I like postcard swaps I'm working until the beginning of October, so I'd better pass this time :(

Thanks Keitha. When I was much younger, we used to go to Toronto often. It is a shorter drive from the Detroit area, and we've gone by train as well. Fun Place. My uncle used to have a home in the Parry Sound area, and we have long lost relatives in the Sudbury area as my Maternal Grandmother came from there.

I need to get busy with my postcards...

Yes, you are...and I would love to see that area again. I was a mid-teen when I was there before.
